    Your work will revolve around

    • Providing technical support and project coordination to the team

    • Contributing to the Project team as a project moves from acquisition through construction and ultimately turn over to the end user

    • Coordinating, tracking and monitoring the status of key documentation pertaining to construction

    • Assisting in administering construction contracts

    • Communicating with the internal and external teams

    • Coordinating general administration for project filing, archiving, etc.

    • Coordinating with new tenants and their contractors, facilitate premises turnover, drawing approval, signage approval

    • Performing inspections of construction upon completion

    You have

    • A post-secondary diploma or degree in a construction-related program

    • A minimum of 1 year experience working in residential construction, preferably wood-frame projects

    • Good understanding of estimating and tendering

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • An understanding of the specific needs, codes and regulations pertaining to building in Alberta
