You will also

 

  • Provide technical support and project coordination to the team
  • Coordinate, track and monitor the status of key documentation pertaining to construction and premises turnover
  • Coordinate with new tenants and their contractors, facilitating premise turnover, drawing approval and signage approval
  • Work with Leasing and Property Management teams to ensure successful integration of new tenants
  • Create project files
  • Prepare PO's for approval and perform trade account reconciliations
  • Monitor contractor liability insurance expiry dates and WCB/stat documents
  • Prepare contracts, change orders, back charges and additions to contractual agreements
  • Prepare reports and invoices (including purchase orders and contracts) and file documents

 

You have

 

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in the commercial construction/real estate industry
  • A diploma or degree in a construction-related program (an asset)
  • A general understanding of building systems and a keen interest to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Experience working with CADD and Bluebeam programs (an asset)
